We currently only offer shipping to the United States. Orders are shipped via UPS so a physical street address is required. Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges.

- UPS Standard: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received.
- UPS Express: Your in-stock order placed before 11:00 a.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday) will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is received.
- UPS Overnight: Your in-stock order placed before 11:00 a.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday) will be delivered the next business day.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-800-383-9020 or contact us via e-mail at info@woods-n-water.com before returning.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return shipping will be reimbursed.
The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
All Clearance and On Sale merchandise is final and therefore non-returnable.
