Of course these decoys look incredibly lifelike and offer the versatility of adjustable head positions, but the most unique innovation can only be seen when the decoy is flipped over. MOTION The concave bottom of our Breeze-Ryder™ Base allows a vacuum to form between the decoy and the surface of the water. Even when the removable keel is not present, our VacuSeal Technology™ stabilizes the decoy on the water. These features create the `double duty` in our decoys - you can hunt either with or without the keel and have total confidence in their performance. The removable keel provides easy use and storage, less bulk on an ATV or in a boat, reduced weight, and greater versatility in shallow water or dry ground. You can use the Double Duty Decoys in less than 2` of water or even place them on dry ground surrounding the water.
Double Duty Decoy – “Why to Buy” Features:
Breeze-Ryder™ Base with VacuSeal Technology: the bottom of the decoy has a concave design, creating a vacuum between the decoy and the surface of the water. When used without the Opti-Keel, this vacuum stabilizes the decoy on the water and prevents the decoy from tipping or rolling.
Removable Opti-Keel: allows hunters to exponentially increase the movement of the decoys on the water by hunting without the keel. Hunting without the keel also decreases weight while transporting the decoys. The Opti-Keel has multiple locking points to keep them secure while in use, and they have three different attachment points for rigging to achieve various floatation options.
